Our process for ordering Bunsen Burner or Oil Burner tests for your sample(s) is kept as simple, fast and transparent as possible.

1. Send a Purchase Order (PO) via email to sales@flamelab.com, which also includes the tracking information - so we can check the delivery date of the sample(s) and adjust our planning accordingly.

2. Once the samples arrive at our lab, we send an email confirmation and the samples are immediately placed in the conditioning chamber for the prescribed 24 hours of conditioning.

3. The next day (between the 24th and 26th hour after arrival at the laboratory) your samples will be tested.

4. Within 1-2 hours after the test, you will receive an e-mail with all signed PDF test reports/certificates.

5. On the same day, all video files will be uploaded to your folder in our cloud, to which you will have permanent access before the tests.

6. An invoice will be issued to you at the beginning of the week following the week in which the tests were taken.
