How To Order

Our process for ordering our fire testing services is kept as simple, fast and transparent as possible.

The following 7 steps will take you through our ordering, testing and evaluation process which at the end, results in complete fire testing documentation in your hands that is needed for certification of your materials per fire testing norms for aircraft interiors.

1. Request our fixed pricelist via email at sales@flamelab.ch
2. Send your Purchase Order (PO) via email to sales@flamelab.ch
3. Once the samples arrive at our lab, we send an email confirmation and the samples are immediately placed in the conditioning chamber for the prescribed 24 hours of conditioning.
4. The next business day (between the 24th and 26th hour after arrival at the laboratory) your samples will be tested.
5. Within 1-2 hours after the tests, you will receive an e-mail with signed PDF test reports per FAA templates.
6. On the same day you will receive:
   • Signed and released test reports* - per FAA template
   • Video files
   • Applicable calibration reports
7. An invoice will be issued to you at the beginning of the week following the week in which the tests were taken - all to make sure that all your possible questions are answered before finalization of the project. 

*QCM Flamelab does not issue test certificates as per european aviation regulations, only EASA Part 21J design organizations are responsible and approved to "certify" components and materials that underwent fire testing.
